At Wild Berry Incense, we stand by the quality of our hand-dipped fragrances and want you to be completely satisfied with your home scenting experience. If your order isn't quite right, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused incense, jars, or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
